PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from  (the “Site”). 1 - What do we do with your information?

Personal information

As part of the purchase of products and services and/or the subscription process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. 

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Device information

4 - Data

Your data is stored through Tom & Barbara’s data storage, databases and our general application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your payment then we store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete (when terminated your subscription), your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
